Great practice. Alessandro helped me pre and post ACL reconstruction surgery. I appreciated his competence, his approach to help me achieve my goals (getting back skiing to my pre-accident level, now done succesfully), setting realistic expectations and timelines, understanding me as an individual and how to keep me motivated through a one year long process. I rate the practice itself highly, particularly the small but fully equipped gym where the exercises can be demonstrated and practiced during the sessions. Although I would hope not needing to go back for more, I will go back to Alessandro and West London Physiotherapy should I have other issues needing professional care.

David is very good I would, however, like a long term plan It is an expensive treatment and I need to get the insurance to pay For that I need a referral from my GP - for that I need a long term plan Also I would prefer exercises emailed to me

Liam was outstanding, very communicative of what was needed to get better, timing, what was going well and what needed improvement. Very dynamic in terms of providing exercises to work on what was needed. Also, he was very personable and made the sessions and overall session’s enjoyable and not feel like a hassle to go through the program.

West London Physio is professionally run. I’m usually early for my appointments and they are always on time. The warmth and courtesy from the staff is second to none. The place is very clean and nearly organized. My therapist Chris Bestwick is very pleasant. He greets his patients with a pleasant attitude, he makes you feel like a friend but in a respectful manner. He listens to his patients. Thank you West London Physio for a quality service.
